Terms of Service

Last updated November 5, 2026

These terms set out the rules for using ErneQ, whether you run events or play in them.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of ErneQ. By creating an account, registering for an event or using the player portal, you agree to these terms. If you are using ErneQ for a club, facility or business, you confirm you have authority to agree on its behalf.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use ErneQ, and players under 18 should use it with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Organizers are responsible for the people they add to their club and for the permissions they grant.

3. Plans, subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled, and are billed through our payment processor.
  • You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and it does not renew after that.
  • Plan limits, such as the number of clubs, active events, courts and players, are those shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
  • Event history is kept while your subscription is active and for the period included in your plan after it ends; player records are kept so players do not lose their history.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a charge is wrong or you have a billing dispute, contact us and we will look into it.

4. Your content and player data

You keep ownership of the content you add to ErneQ, including club details, event details, photos and posters. You give us permission to store and display that content only as needed to run the service for you.

If you add other people as players, you confirm that you are allowed to hold and use their details for running your events, and that you have let them know how their information is used.

You are responsible for the accuracy of event results and standings you record or publish.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use ErneQ to harass, discriminate against, or misrepresent another person.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.
  • Do not attempt to access another club's data, bypass access controls, copy the service, or interfere with its operation.
  • Do not use ErneQ to send unsolicited messages or to scrape information about players.

6. Player portal and automatic posting

Players may use the portal to register for events, check in, review their records, and optionally connect a Facebook Page to share results.

Automatic posting only happens for a Page you connected and switched it on for, and you are responsible for what is posted to your Page. You can turn it off or disconnect the Page at any time. Posts made on Facebook are also subject to Facebook's own terms.

7. Third-party services

ErneQ relies on third-party services, including hosting, authentication, email, payments and social platforms. Their availability and their own terms affect parts of the service, and we are not responsible for outages or actions of those third parties.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep ErneQ available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, add to or remove features over time, and we may suspend the service for maintenance.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ErneQ is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

ErneQ is software for running events; it does not supervise play, and it does not provide medical, safety or insurance advice. Organizers are responsible for the safety and conduct of their events and participants.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ErneQ and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, if required by law, or if the account is used in a way that harms other users or the service.

If an account or club is closed, a player's own records and game history remain available to that player through the player portal.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the ErneQ operator is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under mandatory local consumer law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and significant changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use ErneQ after a change means you accept the updated terms.
